Florida Keys rates are based on two anglers. For each additional angler add $65 for a half-day charter or $75 for a full day, up to a maximum of four anglers.

Please bring your own food and drink. All tackle, bait and ice will be aboard. A mate is on board to help you catch fish. It is customary to tip the mate at least fifteen percent of the charter. Do not bring any more than six people. Coast Guard regulations prohibit any more than six people -- and Coast Guard regulations are always followed. If you are fishing the Florida Keys the maximum for Daylight is four anglers.

If you must cancel your charter date your deposit will be refunded if the day is rebooked. Rebooking depends upon the amount of time between the cancellation date and the date of charter. All charters must be completed within the fishing season the charter was booked, no charters are carried forward to the next fishing season. All fish are yours to keep. We appreciate your business and will do everything possible to make your fishing trip a success.

Fishing adventures may contain the unexpected, Dolphin jumps at the decisive moment behind the Daybreaker in the waters off Montauk.
